I have gone to see a nephrologist today. Some examination about kidney function, like proteinuria and Creatinine, were done. and the results shows that my creatinine level is 1.8 mg/dL. my protein in urine is massive. BUN is 27.8mmol/L.
I have high blood pressure for a long time, and the doctor thought kidney disease was resulted in by long term high blood pressure. they said high blood pressure can do harm to blood vessels, causing kidney damage. in the end,I was diagnosed with stage 3 chornic kidney disease. and they suggest me to get timely treatment to control disease condition. they give me suggestions about diet: low salt, low phosphorus, low protein, low potassium, low fat in diet.

I was very terrified at that time I was told this. and I was panic and worried, I didnot know what to do next. then, I just wanted to go home right now, because I need to calm down to accept this bad news.
